M-TECH offers concrete cutting and drilling services using a wide range of tools to support all types of jobs in any environment, backed by expert techniques and a professional team to solve problems and deliver work quickly, safely, and without impacting the surrounding environment.
1. Floor & Wall Cutting
Concrete wall cutting / floor cutting in confined spaces (Wall Saw); floor, road, bridge and concrete cutting (Floor Saw); cutting wall openings for new doors or windows (about half a day); cutting beam soffits to raise floor height (with Carbon Fiber reinforcement); balcony cutting.
Special blade: 3-metre blade with a maximum cutting depth of 1.45 m, extendable with a deep-cut arm to a total of up to 2.45 m.
2. Specialized Opening Work
Post-Tension floor openings (without cutting the tendons); deep floor or wall openings (Deep/Plunge Saw); large circular openings up to 4,000 mm.
3. Core Drilling
Circular core holes in floors and walls (up to 1,000 mm); drilling machine-foundation slabs to remove J-BOLTs; underwater floor and wall drilling; overhead (upward) core drilling with X-Y axis angle adjustment.
4. Pipe & Structure Cutting
Large-diameter pipe cutting (Ø 1–4 m); large-scale concrete structure removal with Wire Saw.
